Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety analysis of disposable circumcision stapler in treating patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce.Methods A total of 192 patients with phimosis and redundant prepuces who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 64 cases in each group by random counter.Among them,group A was treated with A disposable circumcision stapler,group B was treated with circumcision,and group C was treated with traditional circumcision.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,VAS scores at 24 h after operation,appearance satisfaction and complications were compared among the three groups.Results The operation time of patients in group A was shorter than that in groups B and C,and the blood loss during operation was less than that in groups B and C,and the VAS scores at 24 h after operation were lower than those in groups B and C,while the scores of appearance satisfaction were higher than those in groups B and C,the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The total incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in groups B and C （P＜0.05）.Conclusion One-off circumcision segmenting in the treatment of patients with phimosis and overlong circumcision has significant clinical effect.It can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss during the operation,and the degree of postoperative pain and the occurence of complications are reduled,Besides,the safety is high.
