Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of the prenatal examination of B ultrasound in the incidence rate of the neonate′s birth defect at the second trimester. Methods 1897 second trimester of pregnant women checked from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. The four-dimensional ultrasound technique was used to observe the neonates′growth conditions in determining whether there were congenital malformation and whether it was necessary to take the intervention measures(labor induction).According to the B ultrasound examination results, pregnancy outcomes and labor induction conditions, the detection accuracy of B ultrasound was analyzed. Results According to the B ultrasound examination results, there were 26 neonates of birth defects(1.37%)including 8 cases of severe ventricular dilation,3 cases of cleft palate,3 cases of brightly spotted heart,2 cases of pyelectasis,1 case of flexion of the joints,2 cases of gastrointestinal malformation,3 cases of polydactyly,3 cases of scoliosis and 1 case of?strephenopodia. The detection accuracy of B ultrasound was 92.9%.Conclusion The B ultrasound is an important method of examining the neonate′s growth and screening the birth defects, can display whether the neonates have the malformations.
