Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)management in patients given CT enhanced scan. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016,86 patients given CT enhanced scan having no CQI management treated in our hospital were selected as the control group, while 86 patients patients given CT enhanced scan having CQI management treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the observation group. The incidence of extravasation and the improvement effect of nurses′nursing skills were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of extravasation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The mastery rate of nursing knowledge, success rate of puncture, awareness rate of notices for enhanced scan and satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of CQI can effectively prevent the CT enhanced extravasation and improve nursing skills and satisfaction degree of patients. It deserves clinical application and further promotion.
