Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Maxing Sizi Decoction combined with mechanical assisted expectoration treating hypostatic pneumonia.Methods60 Patients with hypostatic pneumonia treated in Department of Geriatrics of our hospital from August 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the combined group(Maxing Sizi Decoction+mechanical assisted expectoration+conventional Western medicine treatment,30 cases)and the conventional group (conventional western medicine treatment,30 cases).PaCO2,PaO2,FEV1/FVC before and after treatment and hospital stay, the curative effect in patients between the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore treatment, there was no statistical difference of PaCO2,PaO2,FEV1/FVC in patients between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,PaCO2,PaO2,FEV1/FVC were obviously improved compared with before treatment in patients of the two groups, and PaCO2in the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group,PaO2,FEV1/FVC in the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).The hospital stay in the combined group was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the combined group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group(73.33%)(P<0.05).ConclusionMaxing Sizi Decoction combined with mechanical assisted expectoration treating hypostatic pneumonia can help improve the symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy of patients with significant therapeutic effect.
