Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of external fixator and vaccum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of open ankle fracture.Methods86 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital From August 2016 to May 2017,according to the random number method,were divided into control group and treatment group,43 cases in each group.The study group adopted the external fixator and VSD;the control group just adopted the external fixator.The healing time of wound surface and bone fracture as well as the incidence rate of complications for two groups were observed.ResultsThe AOFAS index for study group was better than control group,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05);the alignment index for two groups was not significantly different(P＞0.05);the total effective rate for study group(83.72%)was higher than control group 65.12%,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05);the healing time of bone fracture and wound surface for study group was better than control group,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05);the incidence rate of complications for study group(2.33%)was lower than control group 20.93%,with a statistical difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe combined method of external fixator and VSD can improve the clinical effect,fix the bone fracture positions,heal the wound cavity,prevent the postoperative complications,stimulate the granulation tissue hyperplasia and promote the healing of wound surface and bone fracture position.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
