Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the value of combined treatment of Danhong Injection and Cinepazide Maleate in the patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.MethodsThe 120 cases of coronary heart angina patients who were treated in our hospital from January 20,2015 to February 23,2017 were selected.According to the difference of their treatment measures,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.In the control group were given aspirin,atorvastatin,nitroglycerin and other conventional treatment,and in the experimental group were given Danhong Injection combined with Cinepazide Maleate at the same time.The differences of total effective rate,blood viscosity,platelet aggregation levels,adverse reactions and other indicators were compared between the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.ResultsThe total effective rate(95.00%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in blood viscosity and platelet aggregation between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe combined treatment of Danhong Injection and Cinepazide Maleate in the patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris can achieve better effects and improve the prognosis of patients.
