Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A combined with non stripped 1550 nm dot matrix laser and Hyaluronic Acid improving facial wrinkles.Methods114 patients given wrinkle removal in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were collected and they were divided into the three groups according to the random number table method:laser combined treatment group,Hyaluronic Acid combined treatment group and injection control group.The laser treatment group was injected with botulinum toxin type A and given 1550 nm dot matrix laser of three times after 2 weeks,each time had a interval of 4 weeks.Hyaluronic Acid combined treatment group was treated with different levels of subcutaneous injection of Hyaluronic Acid,then botulinum toxin type A was injected.The injection control group was only injected botulinum toxin A.VISIA skin tester was used to evaluate the treatment effect and facial state of patients was recorded after 4,12,24 weeks.ResultsThe difference of VISIA score among the three groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference of VISIA score between the Hyaluronic Acid combined treatment group and injection control group(P=0.037),and there was no statistical difference of VISIA score between the laser combined treatment group and injection control group(P=0.758).After 4,12,24 weeks operation,there was a statistical difference of the effective rate between the Hyaluronic Acid combined treatment group (92.1%,86.8%,78.9%)and injection control group(86.8%,81.6%,71.1%),and there was a statistical difference of the effective rate between the Hyaluronic Acid combined treatment group(86.8%,81.6%)and injection control group(81.6%, 71.1%)(P<0.05).ConclusionBotulinum toxin type A can effectively and safely reduce facial wrinkles,and its effect was better combined with dot matrix laser and Hyaluronic Acid.
