Abstract：This paper as the result of research and practice of three-year application (technical)stomatological talents training model,explores and solves the professional knowledge system of oral medicine specialty and the current medical market professional quality needs inconsistent bottleneck.Through the personnel training program and the actual needs of the community,it changes the educational thinking,innovates teaching system,reforms the training means,adjusts the teaching content to combinethe school teaching with outside practice base.For the construction of a set of teaching system and practical base inside and outside the school,the paper explores and gives the specific ideas and practical ways.
