Abstract：Objective To explore the prevention role of Aminophylline for contrast induced nephropathy(CIN).M ethods Clinical data of 60 caseswith cardiac insufficiency treated by department of cardiology of our hospital and given coronary angiography examination from February 2014 to March 2016 was analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups according to different treatmentmethod:control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).Scrwas detected before operation and after 24 h,48 h,72 h and GFR was counted in patients of two groups.Clinical effect and incidence rate of CIN of two groups was observed.Results There was no statistical difference of Scr and GFR before operation in two groups (P＞0.05),and therewas no statistical difference of Scr and GFR before and after operation in treatment group(P＞0.05). Scr of control group gradually increased with time,and GFR gradually decreased with time.Scr[(268.9±25.6)μmol/L, (272.8±29.4)μmol/L,(277.8±38.1)μmol/L]of treatment group after 24 h,48 h,72 h operation were lower than those of control group[(281.4±27.2)μmol/L,(292.6±30.2)μmol/L,(319.8±36.2)μmol/L],GFR[（106.5±10.5）ml/min,（104.3±9.8）ml/ min,（102.6±9.6）ml/min were higher than those of control group[（93.5±10.1）ml/min,（88.7±9.5）ml/min,(80.2±8.1)ml/ min](P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group(100％)was higher than that of control group(90％)(P＜0.05). The incidence rate of CIN in treatment group(0)was lower than that in control group(5％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aminophylline used in patients given coronary arteriography can decrease the incidence rate of CIN,and has protective effect for renal function,it isworth to be promoted and applied.
