新建医院产妇临床数据系统整群调查分析

摘要

目的分析新建综合医院产科足月孕产妇的产前和孕期保健、围生期情况，为周边居住人群制定更有效的孕产妇管理及妊娠管理模式提供依据，为更多的新建医院管理人员及妇产科工作人员提供更详细的临床数据。方法对2013年4月～2014年12月在我院住院并足月分娩的519例产妇资料进行回顾性分析，分A组、B组两组，A组为广东省户籍，B组为外省户籍。比较两组孕产妇分布情况及来源、孕产次、母婴结局情况。结果A组多于B组的有分娩人数（57.0%vs 43.0%）、难产（臀助产、钳产）、第一次生产者、新生儿Apgar评分臆7分者、高龄孕妇、除外巨大儿外的其他高危因素；B组高于A组的有院孕产次逸2次分娩及逸3次妊娠者、巨大儿。结论医院周边地区广东省内孕妇户籍人口比重比省外人口大，要进一步加强广东省户籍育龄妇女的产前和孕期保健知识宣传，减少围生期不良结局的发生。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the prenatal and antenatal care,perinatal conditions of full term pregnant women of obstetrics department in one new general hospital,to provide the basis for the development ofmore effective pregnant womenmanagement and pregnancymanagementmode for the surrounding residents and to providemore detailed clini-cal data formore new hospital administrators and staff in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Data of 519 puerperawhowere hospitalized in our hospital and took term labor from April 2013 to December 2014 were retro-spectively analyzed and divided into group A and group B.Pregnantwomen in group A were registered permanent resi-dence in Guangdong Province and pregnant women in group B were registered provincial census.Maternal distribution and sources,the number of pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes in two groupswere compared.Results Group A had more than group B including number of births(57.0%vs 43.0%),mogitocia(assisted breech delivery,clamp produc-tion operation),first give birth,neonatal Apgar score nomore than 7 scores,pregnantwoman in elder age and other high risk factors other than large infants;group B had more than group A including number of pregnancymore than 2 times and pregnantmore than 3 times and large infants.Conclusion The ratio of Guangdong Province registered permanent residence ismore than foreign population around the hospital peripheral area,further strengthening the knowledge of prenatal and prenatal care for women of childbearing age in Guangdong Province should be done to reduce the inci-dence of perinatal adverse outcomes.
