Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of detection of liver biochemical function in hepatitis B liver cirrhosis（HBC）.Methods From January 2014 to March 2016，52 cases of HBC in our hospitalwere selected as the observation group according to the Child-Pugh classification criteria for grading.52 cases of healthy personswere selected as the control group.The liver biochemical indexes of all the subjects were tested and compared.Results Compared with the control group，the level of serum ALT，AST，ALP，TBil and TBA and DBil in the observation group significantly increased（P＜0.05），while ALB，TPand A/G decreased significantly（P＜0.05）.Various liver function indexesof differentChild-Pugh grades were significantly different（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The liver function indexes，such as ALT，AST，ALP，TBil and so on，are closely related to the severity of HBC，and can be used as an important biochemical index for HBC diagnosis and disease diagnosis.
