老年冠心病患者介入治疗中健康教育的应用及对患者治疗依从性的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the application of health education in interventional therapy for elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its influence on patients′treatment compliance.Methods The clinical information of 98 elderly patients with CHD undergoing interventional therapy in Dalian Third People′s Hospital from August 2018 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into the control group(n=49)and the research group(n=49)according to the care method.The routine care was given to the control group,and the routine care plus strengthening health education was given to the research group.The negative emotion scores,the clinical symptom improvement,the treatment compliance,and the overall self-efficacy levels in the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the anxiety and depression scores before care between the two groups(P＞0.05);the anxiety and depression scores after care in the two groups were lower than those before care,the anxiety and depression scores after care in the research group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in the frequency of angina,the duration time of angina,and the angina pain score before care between the two groups(P＞0.05);the frequency of angina after care in the two groups were less than those before care,the duration time of angina after care in the two groups were shorter than those before care,the angina pain score after care in the two groups were lower than those before care,the frequency of angina after care in the research group was less than that in the control group,the duration time of angina after care in the research group was shorter than that in the control group,and the angina pain score after care in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05）.The treatment compliance after care in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the overall self-efficacy level after care in the research group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of health education in the interventional therapy for elderly patients with CHD is significant.It can improve patients′negative emotions and clinical symptoms,and can also enhance patients′compliance and self-efficacy,which should be popularized and applied.
