| Improvement of moxibustion box at specific acupoints combined with critical thinking nursing on rehabilitation effect of hemorrhoid surgery |

Abstract Objective To analyze the nursing effect of moxibustion box at specific acupoints(MBSA)combined with critical thinking nursing(CTN)for hemorrhoid patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoid surgery in Shangrao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the observation group were treated with MBSA combined with CTN on the basis of the control group,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing.The intervention time of the two groups was three months.The excellent and good nursing effective rate,incision healing time,nursing satisfaction,pain score,and depression score were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good nursing effective rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in control group(77.50%)after three months of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incision healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group after two weeks of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(82.50%)after three months of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the pain score or the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups before the nursing(P＞0.05).After a week of nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MBSA combined with CTN for hemorrhoid patients can promote incision healing,relieve postoperative pain and depression,and improve nursing effect and satisfaction.
