个性化优质护理干预在磁共振成像检查中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of personalized high-quality nursing intervention in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing MRI examination in Nantong University Affiliated Fengxian Hospital from September to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=100) and the experimental group (n=100) according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing measures, and patients in the experimental group were given personalized highquality nursing intervention mode on the basis of the control group. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) before and after examination were compared between the two groups, and the examination times, excellent and good rates of MRI image quality, nursing satisfactions and the incidence of nursing risk events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the examination time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The excellent and good rate of MRI image quality and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of nursing risk events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Personalized high quality nursing intervention can significantly improve patients′ negative emotions, shorten examination time, improve image quality and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events.
