Abstract As a new management mode,lean management is first applied in enterprise management.In view of its superiority,it was gradually introduced and used in the field of hospital pharmaceutical management.Related studies have found that lean management mode has the advantages of reducing medication errors and improving patient satisfaction,and its clinical effect is better than the conventional management when it is applied to hospital pharmacy management.Because of its particularity,drug safety is particularly important in maternal and child hospital.By sorting out the five measures of lean management of outpatient and emergency pharmacies,the author aims to provide a reference for the construction of lean management models for outpatient and emergency pharmacies of maternity and child specialty hospital.
