| Influence of family doctor team intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in the community |

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of family doctor team intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in the community. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 242 patients with hypertension with low compliance registered and managed in the Tongle North Community Health Service Center were selected.The patients were divided into the control group （121 cases) and the intervention group (121 cases) by the random number table method. The control group was given routine health education, while the intervention group was given community family doctor team intervention. After the intervention, a questionnaire was conducted again to observe and compare the compliance of each item and the regulation of blood pressure between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the blood pressure of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the treatment compliance scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment compliance score in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the compliance scores of patients in the intervention group in term of compliance with doctors and drug-taking behaviors, daily life management eating behaviors, other daily life management behaviors, and tobacco and alcohol addiction management behaviors were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Family doctor team intervention can improve the compliance of hypertensive patients in the community, thus more effective control of blood pressure.
