Discussion on how to improve the doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training surgeons |

Abstract Good doctor-patient communication plays an important role in avoiding medical disputes and improving patient satisfaction.At present,the contents of standardized training for residents pay more attention to clinical professional knowledge and skills,and the training of doctor-patient communication ability is relatively lacking.However,the doctor-patient communication in surgery has its own characteristics before,after and during the perioperative period.This paper discussed the problems and causes of doctor-patient communication ability in standardized training of surgeons,including lack of doctor-patient communication training and guidance,lack of clinical professional knowledge,lack of active communication awareness,lack of communication skills and methods,and lack of humanistic literacy education,and proposes to improve doctors and patients during surgical regulation training by strengthening doctor-patient communication training and assessment,improving professional technical level and clinical comprehensive ability,improving the active communication awareness and communication skills of regular doctors,and strengthening humanistic quality education.so as to strengthen the humanistic quality education and the cultivation of comprehensive ability of surgeons.
