Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using needle-shaped electrodes to treat bladder tumors with precision transurethral bladder tumor resection. Methods A total of 56 patients with bladder tumors included in Department of Urology,Yichun People′s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional plasma resection, and the observation group underwent precision resection with needle electrodes. The tumor pathological stage, perioperative indexes, complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were recorded and observed. Results The number of tumor tissues in the control group was 18 in Ta stage,8 in T1 stage,1 in T2 stage and 1 in T3 stage. The number of tumor tissues in the observation group was 10 in Ta stage,5 in T1 stage,9 in T2 stage and 4 in T3 stage, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tumor resection time, catheter time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the tumor recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle electrode precision resection can quickly remove tumors from patients with bladder tumors, obtain complete tumor specimens, and make accurate pathological staging, reduce bleeding, promote rapid recovery, reduce complications, and reduce tumor recurrence rate.
