复方丹参滴丸辅助西医降压药治疗对原发性高血压患者疗效和血脂的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills assisted with Western medicine antihypertensive drugs on efficacy and blood lipid of patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 106 patients with essential hypertension in the Third People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the number of admission, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine antihypertensive drug Levamlodipine Besylate, while the study group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills assisted with Levamlodipine Besylate. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the changes of blood lipid indexes such as triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), total cholesterol (TC) were measured, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was counted.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the blood lipid indexes between the two groups (P＞0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the blood lipid indexes of the control group after treatment and before treatment (P＞0.05). The HDL-C in the study group after treatment was higher than that in the control group and before treatment, while the other three indexes were lower than those in the control group and before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills assisted with Western medicine antihypertensive drugs can improve blood lipid related indicators in the treatment of essential hypertension, further improve the efficacy of blood pressure control, and has good safety.
