竹夹板系统治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of bamboo splint system in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 420 patients with distal radius fractures in our hospital and the First People′s Hospital of Nankang District from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,210 cases in each group.In the observation group,bamboo splint system was used,while in the control group,plaster slab for fixed treatment was adopted.The efficacy from both imaging and clinic function were compared in the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of imaging in the observation group was 96.19%,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of function score in 6 months after surgery in the observation group was 89.52%,which was higher than 73.81%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with distal radius fractures,bamboo splint system is extremely safe and effective.It can promote the fracture healing and improve the clinical function score,which is worthy of promotion.
