Clinical effect of CT-guided stereotactic technique through frontal approach in the treatment of severe thalamic hemorrhage |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical application of stereotactic treatment of severe hemorrhage in the hypothalamus Discussion CT-guided stereotactic approach by the amount. Methods A total of 81 patients with severe thalamic hemorrhage admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n=40) and the treatment group (n=41). The control group was treated with bilateral ventricle drilling and drainage; the treatment group was treated with CT-guided stereotactic technique to guide brain drilling and drainage under the guidance of transfrontal approach stereotactic technique, all patients were observed for 2 weeks after surgery. The clinical efficacy, clinical related indicators, postoperative complications, and serum inflammatory factor levels before and 3 days after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The indwelling drainage tube,recovery of consciousness and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total postoperative complication rate in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before surgery, there were no significant differences in serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups (P>0.05);3 days after surgery, serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL)-6 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided stereotactic technology through the frontal approach stereotactic technology in the treatment of patients with severe thalamic hemorrhage can effectively reduce surgical trauma, with better curative effect, and reduce postoperative complications.
