九味镇心颗粒联合曲唑酮治疗心脾两虚证焦虑症的效果观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Trazodone in the treatment of anxiety with syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen. Methods A total of anxiety 80 patients with syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen admitted to Northern District General Hospital of PLA from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (40 cases) and study group (40 cases). The control group was treated with Trazodone, and the study group was treated with Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Trazodone. The treatment effect, anxiety score and sleep disorder score before treatment, after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, the anxiety score and sleep disorder score of the two groups showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the Hamilton anxiety scale and Pittsburgh sleep index scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules combined with Trazodone can improve the total effective rate, reduce the anxiety, sleep disorder scores and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of anxiety patients with syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen, with significant value.
