| Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,64 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in Putian First Hospital,Fujian province were selected as observation objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission method,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The treatment compliance,self-management ability assessment scale(AHSMRS)and general self-efficacy scale(AHSMRS)before and after intervention were observed.Results The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was 93.75%,higher than that in the control group of 59.37%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After different nursing interventions,the scores of self-management cognition,self-management behavior,self-management environment and GSES scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The clinical cure rate was 84.38% in observation group which was higher than that in control group of 59.38%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patients'treatment compliance and self-care ability,and improve patients′clinical cure rate which has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.
