综合性护理干预对乳腺良性肿瘤麦默通微创旋切术后患者生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast benign tumor after Mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection.Methods A total of 60 patients with benign breast tumor who were admitted to the Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were female and were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The quality of life(functional assessment of cancer therapygeneric[FACT-G]),negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and 7 d after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in FACT-G,HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the FACT-G score of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,while the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the FACT-G score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with breast benign tumor after Mammotome minimally invasive rotary resection,improve the negative emotions of patients,so as to improve patient satisfaction.
