ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of high quality nursing model on gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertensive disorder,and to expound the value and significance of clinical application of quality nursing program.Methods70 puerperae of gestational diabetes mellitus with gestational diabetes mellitus received：in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as objects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention.The maternal satisfaction,the changes of blood glucose and blood pressure before and after maternal care,the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter nursing,the blood glucose and blood pressure indexes of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the puerperae in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionQuality care program has significant clinical value and significance,it is conducive to maternal blood glucose and blood pressure significantly improved,improve the outcome of pregnancy has important positive significance,can significantly reduce the appearance rate of malformations and huge children,but also effectively improve the maternal nursing satisfaction,to a certain extent,can significantly improve the tension between doctors and patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
