腹膜透析中心糖尿病高危足患者足部自我管理行为及其影响因素

Abstract Objective To observe the condition of self-management behavior in diabetic high-risk foot patients and explore its influencing factors in peritoneal dialysis centers.Methods A total of 284 patients with diabetic high-risk foot who were treated and followed up in peritoneal dialysis centers of three tertiary A hospitals in Guangzhou from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the diabetic foot self-management behavior scale,chronic disease self-efficacy scale and social support rating scale were used for evaluation.Results The total score of foot self-management behavior of high-risk diabetic foot patients in the peritoneal dialysis center was(19.14±7.64)points.Self-efficacy,diabetes health education,diabetic foot health education,the proportion of medical expenses,and the age of dialysis affected foot self-management level of the patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The low level of foot self-management behavior in patients at high risk of diabetic foot in peritoneal dialysis centers should be taken seriously by medical personnel.
