| Application of comprehensive nursing in patients with surgical incision infection |

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with surgical incision infection.Methods108 patients with operation incisional infection from October 2,2015 to February,5 2016 treated in our hospital were selected and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(54 patients)was given routine nursing,whlie in the observation group 54 patients with comprehensive nursing.Infection control rate,symptom improvement time,operation time,hospitalization time after nursing in patients between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe infection control rate was 92.59%in the observation group,and it was higher than that in the control group(74.07%)(P＜0.05).The time of symptom improvement was(8.23±1.05)d,the operation time was(45.27±10.15)min,hospitalization time was(12.45±1.28)d in the observation group after treatment were shorter than those of control group[(12.11±1.28)d,(60.45±11.28)min,(16.37±1.18)d],and there were a statistical difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing in patients with surgical incision infection can not only shorten the time of hospitalization,the operation time,the improvement time of symptoms,but also control the infection of patients.
