ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of TCM rehabilitation nursing combined with conductive education and exercise on postoperative pulmonary function and quality of life in non－small cell lung cancer patients.MethodsEightsix non－small cell lung cancer patients who were admitted and underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2016 were selected as objects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each of which was 43 cases.The control group received：conventional care,the observation group received TCM rehabilitation nursing combined with conductive education and exercise in addition to conventional care.The pulmonary function and quality of life before and after nursing of two groups were compared.ResultsBefore nursing,the FEV1,FVC,PEF and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the FEV1,FVC,PEF and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).ConclusionTCM rehabilitation nursing combined with conductive education and exercise could effectively improve postoperative pulmonary function and quality of life of non－small cell lung cancer patients.
