| Application of thermal insulation nursing in operation of patients with colorectal cancer |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of heat preservation nursing during operation for patients with colorectal cancer (CRC), and to provide reference for clinical intervention.Methods A total of 100 patients with CRC treated in Liaoyang Central Hospital, Liaoning Province from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided two groups according to random number table method, 50 cease in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention, and the study group used thermal nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The body temperature, stress indicators, surgical conditions and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After anesthesia, the body temperatures of the study group after 1 hour of opening the cavity, 2 hours of opening the cavity and the end of operation were higher than those of the control group, the extubation time, wake up time after operation and time out of the room were shorter than those in the control group, the levels of aldosterone(ALD) and cortisol (COR) 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of thermal insulation nursing during surgery for CRC patients can effectively maintain the patients′ intraoperative body temperature, ensure the smooth progress of the operation, relieve stress response and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of promotion.
