改良血压计袖带压迫止血法在肝癌介入术后的应用研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of modified cuff compression hemostasis sphygmomanometer after interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods200 patients with liver cancer treated by interventional surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected for the study,and randomly divided them into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,and 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified sphygmomanometer for hemostasis,the control group was treated with routine artificial compression and sandbag compression.The time of compression and hemostasis,the incidence of complications and comfort were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe hemostasis time of the observation group[(14.5±5.2)min]was lower than that of the control group[(24.3±7.8)min],the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications such as hemorrhage,hematoma and thrombosis in the observation group (7%)was lower than that in the control group (31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of back pain and dysuria in the observation group(19%,14%)were lower than those in the control group(33%,39%),and the sleeping time of the first day after surgery of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference were both statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe hemostatic effect of modified cuff compression hemostasis sphygmomanometer after interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma is not only good,and with fewer complications,but also can improve the comfort of patients.
