卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤恶变为腺癌伴印戒细胞癌1例

Abstract Ovarian mature cystic teratoma is one of the common benign tumors in women of childbearing age, which is derived from germ cells and is composed of three kinds of tissues: entoderm,mesoblast and ectoderm.All of its components can become cancerous or coexist with other malignant epithelial tumors.The malignant transformation rate of mature cystic teratoma is very low (0.17%-3.00%), and it is more common in postmenopausal women.Because of its atypical early clinical symptoms, it is difficult to find before operation, so it is easy to miss diagnosis.Clinically, malignant transformation of teratoma is most common in squamous cell carcinoma, followed by adenocarcinoma, and others such as sarcoma and undifferentiated carcinoma are more rare.At present, there is no unified treatment for the malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma.This paper reports a case of malignant transformation of ovarian teratoma into adenocarcinoma in Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital and reviews the related literature.
