| Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine soaking therapy combined with infrared radiation treating chronic cholecystitis |

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine soaking therapy combined with infrared radiation treating chronic cholecystitis.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic cholecystitis admitted to Huludao Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with infrared radiation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking therapy on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,pain disappearance time,World Health Organization summary table of quality of life measurement(WHOQOL-100)score before and after treatment,clinical treatment effect and recurrence rate after 10 months follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 day after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The pain disappearance time in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in WHOQOL-100 score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the WHOQOL-100 scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the WHOQOL-100 score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.08%,which was higher than that of the control group(86.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis,the use of traditional Chinese medicine soaking therapy combined with infrared radiation and conventional treatment can significantly reduce the pain of patients after treatment,shorten the pain time,improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
