泄浊除痹汤煎服联合消瘀接骨散外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果

Abstract Objective To explore effect of Xiezhuo Chubi Decoction and external application of Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 96 patients with KOA admitted to Dandong People′s Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celexoxib Capsule,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiezhuo Chubi Decoction and external application of Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,articular fluid tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),matrix metalloproteinase-L(MMP-1),MMP-3 levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,MMP-L and MMP-3 in the articular fluid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiezhuo Chubi Decoction combined with external application of Xiaoyu Jiegu Powder for the treatment of KOA patients can reduce the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in synovial fluid,reduce inflammation,relieve pain,and improve knee joint function.The effect is significant.
