超声鉴别诊断在慢性肉芽肿性乳腺炎与乳腺癌患者中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound differential diagnosis in patients with chronic granulomatous mastitis and breast cancer.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic granulomatous mastitis admitted to Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the inflammatory group,and another 102 patients with breast cancer admitted to Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the same period were selected as the cancer group,all of whom were female.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound,and the ultrasound image characteristics and blood flow were compared between the two groups.Results The morphological irregularity rate,marginal burr rate,posterior echo attenuation rate and microcalcification rate in the cancer group were higher than those in the inflammatory group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).In the cancer group,the proportions of blood stream classⅡ-Ⅲ,shunt blood flow resistance index(RI)≥0.7 and carotid artery peak systolic flow rate(PSV)≥30 cm/s in the cancer group were higher than those in the inflammatory group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The difference between chronic granulomatous mastitis and breast cancer can be distinguished according to the image characteristics of ultrasound.The RI index,PVS value and other blood flow distribution at the lesions of the body can also be shown in the ultrasound images.Ultrasound provides valuable reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of popularization and application.
