Application of case teaching method in pharmacy undergraduate course of Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics |

Abstract At present,the disadvantages of the teacher-centered traditional teaching mode are increasingly prominent,so the reform of the traditional teaching mode is imperative.Case teaching method can overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode and has significant advantages in cultivating students′ comprehensive quality.This research attempts for the first time to carry out case teaching in the chapter "Non-oral Drug Absorption" of Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics course of pharmacy undergraduate course,including case selection,writing of teaching cases,implementation of case teaching and effect evaluation.The results show that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the students have higher recognition degree for case teaching.For pharmacy undergraduates,"traditional teaching is the main teaching mode,supplemented by case teaching" is the best teaching mode,which is worth popularizing.
