Abstract Objective To analyze the cervical high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection status and subtype distribution in 698 women in the region of Shenyang.Methods A total of 698 patients who underwent HPV-DNA typing in the Department of Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The HPV detection rate and infection subtypes of different lesion types were compared.Results The total positive rate of HPV in cervical lesions was 61.90%,and the positive rate gradually increased with the increase of cervical lesions.The common subtypes of HPV infection in women with cervical lesions in Shenyang area were HPV16,33,58,53,52,18 and 31.HPV33 was one of the main of HPV infection in Shenyang,more common in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and Ⅲlevel (CINⅢ).HPV53 was one of the main of HPV infection in Shenyang,more common in cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and grade I (CIN Ⅰ) and normal cervix.Conclusion The common HPV infection subtypes in cervical lesions in Shenyang population were HPV16,33,58,53,52,18,31.
