Abstract Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Fuke Qianjin Capsules combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after abortion surgery.Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent abortion operation in Xiezhuang coal mine hospital Xinwen mining group from September 2018 to April 2020 were selected.According to the touch ball method,the patients were divided into control group (37 cases) and observation group (37 cases).The patients in control group were treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,and the patients in observation group were treated with Fuke Qianjin Capsules combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets.The amount of vaginal bleeding,vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time,endometrial thickness and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less vaginal bleeding,shorter vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time,thinner endometrial thickness and lower complication rate,all differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuke Qianjin Capsules and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets can effectively improve the prognosis of patients undergoing abortion,promote recovery,and promote the patients′ menstrual cycle to accelerate the reconstruction.It is worthy of promotion.
