Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound monitoring in hysteroscopic electrosurgical treatment of adhesions in patients with uterine adhesions syndrome. Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,a total of 100 patients with uterine adhesions syndrome were enrolled in the Minimally Invasive Department of Dandong Central Hospital of Liaoning Province. They were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) by computer numbering. The control group was treated by hysteroscopic adhesions resection, while the observation group was treated by hysteroscopic adhesions resection combined with ultrasound monitoring.Normal menstruation rate before and after treatment, incidence of menstrual period with periodic lower abdominal pain, and treatment data (operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, length of hospital stay, uterine adhesiotomy time) were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the normal menstruation rate and the incidence of menstrual period with periodic lower abdominal pain between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).After treatment, the normal menstruation rate and the incidence of menstrual period with periodic lower abdominal pain in both groups improved than before treatment, the normal menstruation rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of menstrual period with periodic lower abdominal pain was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time, hospitalization time and incision time of uterine adhesions in the observation group were (12.66±3.55) min,(3.60±0.70) d and (6.24±0.76) min, which were shorter than those in the control group(15.54±3.57)min,(5.70±0.50)d and(8.66±0.78)min,the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was (12.89±2.48) mL,which was less than that in the control group (16.22±3.12) mL,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring combined with hysteroscopic electrosurgical treatment of uterine adhesions in patients with syndromes of uterine adhesions, which can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, and is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
