右美托咪定在宫腹腔镜联合手术中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine on postoperative analgesia after uterine laparoscopic combined surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing uterine laparoscopic combined surgery in Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Observation group was treated with Sufentanil 100 μg, Dexmedetomidine 200 μg, Ondansetron 8 mg prepared with 0.9% normal saline to 100 mL for postoperative analgesia, with continuous intravenous infusion of 2 mL every hour.The control group was treated with Sufentanil 100 μg, Ondansetron 8 mg prepared with 0.9% normal saline to 100 mL for postoperative analgesia, and the parameters of analgesia pump were the same as the observation group.The analgesic effect, sedative effect and occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The analgesic effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), and the sedative effect was evaluated by Ramsay sedation scale.Results The VAS scores of observation group at 2, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The Ramsay scores of observation group at 2, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after surgery were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting, adjuvant analgesics, respiratory depression and total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine is used for postoperative analgesia to significantly relieve postoperative pain in uterine laparoscopic combined surgery, reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting.Compared with Sufentanil alone for postoperative analgesia, Dexmedetomidine combined with Sufentanil has better postoperative analgesia effect and fewer adverse reactions, so it is worthy of application.
