丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分和炎症因子的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Edaravone on neurological deficit score and inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases) according to the sequence of admission.The patients in the observation group were treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Edaravone, and patients in the control group were treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.The neurological deficit score, quality of life, the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The neurological deficit score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 24 h and 7, 14 days after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The hemorheology indexes of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the neurological deficit score and inflammatory factors, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of study and promotion.
