| Effect of early laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis |

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of early laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis.Methods The 88 patients with biliary pancreatitis who were admitted to the the Second People′s Hospital and Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital of Fuxin City from January 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled as the research subjects.According to their treatment willingness,they were divided into the study group (n=44,early laparoscopic cholecystectomy) and the control group (n=44,delayed laparoscopic cholecystectomy).The total effective rate of treatment,surgical indicators,incidence of complications,and the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) levels at different time periods after surgery were compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.73%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 79.55%,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the operation time and postoperative anal exhaust time between the two groups (P＞0.05).Compared with one day after operation,the levels of ALT,AST and AKP at three and seven days after the operation in the two groups increased first and then decreased,but without significant differences at each time period between the two groups in the levels of ALT,AST and AKP (P＞0.05).The hospitalization cost of the study group was less than that of the control group,and hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications of the study group was 6.82%,lower than that of the control group accounting for 25.00%,with statistical significances (P＜0.05).Conclusion Early laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis,which can shorten the hospital stay,reduce hospitalization cost and the incidence of complications.
