坤泰联合来曲唑、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗不孕不育症的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Kuntai combined with Letrozole and Chorionic Gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 94 infertility patients who were treated in the Fuqing Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into control and study groups using the random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Letrozole and Chorionic Gonadotropin,and the study group was combined with Kuntai capsule.Clinical indicators,sex hormone levels before and after treatment,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of estradiol(E2)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mature days of follicles in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the thickness of endometrium,the number of mature follicles and the diameter of mature follicles were all larger than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Kuntai combined with Letrozole and Chorionic Gonadotropin are effective in the treatment of infertility,increase ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,and significantly improve sex hormone indicators,so it is worth recommending.
