自体富血小板凝胶治疗老年糖尿病足溃疡合并下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病的效果与安全性

Abstract Objective To explore the effect and safety of autologous platelet-rich gel in the treatment of elderly diabetic foot ulcers combined with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcer combined with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease admitted to Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2015 to September 2020 as the research objects and divided into the experimental group(61 cases)and the control group(59 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the experimental group was treated with autologous platelet-rich gel on the basis of conventional treatments.The ulcer area,redness and swelling area,ulcer depth,local pain score,time of new epithelium appeared,satisfaction score,and total effectiveness were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the ulcer area,redness and swelling area,and ulcer depth of the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group,the local pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the time of new epithelium appeared in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the satisfaction and total effectiveness of treatment of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Autologous platelet-rich gel treats elderly diabetic foot ulcers with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease,could effectively promote wound healing and reduce pain,the curative effect is accurate,safe and reliable.Which is worth further popularizing and using in clinic.
