儿童食物过敏与呼吸道疾病的相关性研究进展

Abstract The prevalence of food allergy in children is increasing year by year.Food allergy in children has become one of the main factors affecting children′s health,and has attracted wide attention.There is a close relationship between food allergy and respiratory diseases,and they have some similar pathogenesis.Food allergies in early childhood are risk factors for bronchial asthma,allergic rhinitis and other diseases in the future.Food allergy can not only induce respiratory diseases,but also co-exist and interact with each other to aggravate the disease.In severe cases,fatal allergic reactions can even occur,threatening the life of children.The purpose of this review is to summarize the epidemiology,pathogenesis and correlation of food allergy and respiratory diseases in children,and to elaborate the interrelation between them.
