氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Benxi Central Hospital from December 1, 2018 to January 15, 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even number grouping method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin, while the control group was treated with Aspirin.The therapeutic effect, cardiac function changes before and after treatment (left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF], left ventricular end-diastolic diameter [LVEDD], 6 min walking distance [6MWD]), cardiovascular events and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group(97.67%) was higher than that in control group (79.07%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, LVEF and 6MWD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, LVEDD was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group (4.65%) was lower than that in the control group (18.60%), the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (4.65%) was lower than that in the control group (18.60%), and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Clopidogrel and Aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve heart function and have a low incidence of cardiovascular events.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
