痴呆患者精神行为症状治疗的研究进展

Abstract Almost more than 90% people with dementia suffer from behavioral and psychological symptoms, whose clinical types are varied, and the pathogenesis involved is not clear.Therefore, the treatment and management of neuropsychiatric signs and symptoms in dementia patients are still difficult.In recent years, there have been some new theoretical progress in the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, which has further enhanced the status of non-pharmacologic intervention in treatment.Many domestic and foreign guidelines have recommended non-pharmacologic intervention as the first line, and pharmacologic therapy as an important complementary means.It′s better to make individual treatment program for dementia patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms.This paper will elaborate the research progress of non-pharmacologic intervention and pharmacologic therapy, focusing on how to refine the non-pharmacologic intervention therapy and select the corresponding pharmacologic therapy according to the patients′situation.
