不同青光眼手术治疗对角膜神经影响的研究进展

Abstract Glaucoma is one of the main causes of blindness.The ganglion cell axons that make up the optic nerve are damaged by a variety of factors.The mechanism is not completely clear, and there are many treatment methods.The various surgical methods for glaucoma will affect the shape and function of the corneal nerve to varying degrees due to the difference in the location, scope, and depth of the incision.The corneal nerve is an important structure of the ocular surface, and it plays an important role in maintaining the normal structure and function.The loss of normal corneal nerves will cause malnutrition and metabolic disorders of the cornea.Corneal sensation affects wound healing and surgical quality when it decreases or disappears after nerve injury.Therefore, it is necessary to understand the process and influencing factors of corneal nerve injury so as to improve the surgical treatment effect.
