| Effect of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Clomifene Citrate on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome in patients with kidney deficiency type of unexplained infertility |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Clomifene Citrate on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome in patients with kidney deficiency type of unexplained infertility. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with kidney deficiency type of unexplained infertility who were treated in Dalian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into groups according to different treatment methods, 49 patients with Clomifene Citrate were included in the control group, and 49 patients with Clomifene Citrate combined with Zishen Yutai Pills were included in the observation group. The endometrial receptivity (endometrial thickness and type-A endometrial morphology rate), ovarian reserve function (estradiol [E2], follicle-stimulating hormone [FSH], luteinizing hormone [LH]) and pregnancy outcome(preganncy, live birth, abortion) were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The endometrial thickness and type-A endometrial morphology rate in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically sighificant (P＜0.05); after treatment, the endometrial thickness and type-A endometrial morphology rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sighificant (P＜0.05). The levels of serum E2, FSH and LH in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically sighificant (P＜0.05); after treatment, the levels of serum E2, FSH and LH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sighificant (P＜0.05). The pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the abortion rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Clomifene Citrate for patients with kidney deficiency type of unexplained infertility can regulate endometrial receptivity and improve ovarian reserve function.
