肛窦切除松解术联合白芍七物颗粒熏洗治疗肛窦炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of anal sinus resection release combined with fumigation and washing with Baishao Qiwu Granules in the treatment of anal sinusitis. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,80 patients with anal sinusitis admitted to the Department of Anorectal of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hu′nan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with anal sinus resection release, followed by fumigation and washing with Baishao Qiwu Granules.Patients in the control group were treated with anal sinus incision, and Puji Hemorrhoids Suppository after the operation was used in anus. The clinical efficacy, anal pain degree and wound healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The anal pain degree of the treatment group was lighter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 100.00%, which was higher than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Anal sinus resection release combined with fumigation and washing with Baishao Qiwu Granules has a good clinical effect in the treatment of anal sinusitis.
