黄芪丹参注射液结合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎的效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Huangqi Danshen Injection combined with antibiotics treating acute pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).MethodsFrom January to June 2017,81 patients with acute PID admitted into our hospital were enrolled and divided into control group (n=40)and observation group (n=41).In the control group,Penicillin combined with Metronidazole was used,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,Huangqi Danshen Injection was added.The efficacy－related indicators and adverse reactions after one week medication between the two groups were compared.ResultsIn the observation group,the average score of fever,abdominal pain,and leucorrhea after therapy were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Indicators including high sensitivity C－reactive protein,white blood cell count,and size of the mass were smaller than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).No allergic reactions or other adverse reactions occurred.ConclusionHuangqi Danshen Injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute PID can obtain a remarkable effect without serious adverse reactions,and is worthy of wide promotion in clinic.
